We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure hosted checkout. Your payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Pre-orders let you reserve forthcoming releases ahead of availability. Every pre-order model can be reserved for just £1. Expected release dates are estimates controlled by the manufacturer and may change. See our Pre-Order Information page for full details.
Yes. You may request cancellation of a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. Where UK consumer law requires your £1 deposit to be refunded, we will refund it. Full details are in our Pre-Order Information page and Terms & Conditions.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Yes. All models are supplied brand new in their original manufacturer packaging unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, but diecast models are produced by third-party manufacturers and details such as markings, liveries and finishes may vary slightly. Colours may also differ slightly from those shown on screen.
No. Prices and international delivery charges do not include import VAT, customs duties, taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Delivery Information page for more detail.
