These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wings U Want Diecast website and your purchase of diecast model aircraft and related products from us. By placing an order or using our website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

Wings U Want Diecast is a specialist retailer of diecast model aircraft trading from the United Kingdom. Our registered contact details are shown in the footer of this website.

"We", "us" and "our" refer to Wings U Want Diecast. "You" and "your" refer to any visitor or customer of our website. "Products" refers to the diecast model aircraft and related items we offer for sale. "Order" means a request made by you to purchase Products from us.

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase Products and are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline to accept an order for any reason, including where Products are out of stock, where pricing or description errors have occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

An order is only accepted once we send an order confirmation by email. Until that point, no contract is formed between you and us.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ / GBP) and include applicable UK VAT where required. Prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change. The price charged will be that shown on the website at the time your order is accepted.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in our prices or international delivery charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and product information displayed on our Website are correct.

Occasionally, a product may be incorrectly priced or described due to human, technical or supplier error.

If we identify an error before accepting or dispatching your order, we may contact you to explain the error and give you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.

We will not deliberately use pricing errors as a reason to cancel an order after a binding contract has been formed where doing so would conflict with your statutory rights.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve forthcoming releases ahead of availability. A pre-order is a commitment to purchase and is accepted subject to the manufacturer confirming production and release dates.

We offer selected forthcoming models for pre-order.

A £1 deposit per pre-ordered item may be required to reserve a model.

Expected release and delivery dates for pre-order products are estimates only. Release dates are controlled primarily by manufacturers and distributors and may be delayed, brought forward or changed.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant changes where appropriate.

A pre-order does not guarantee a particular manufacturer release date.

Pre-Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.

Our standard £1 pre-order deposit is intended to secure your reservation and may be retained where permitted by law if you cancel the pre-order.

However, nothing in this provision limits or removes any statutory cancellation or refund rights that you have under UK consumer law. Where the law requires the £1 deposit to be refunded, we will refund it.

If we are unable to supply a pre-ordered product, any payment made for that product, including the deposit, will be refunded.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Worldwide shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. For international orders, customers may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in our prices or international delivery charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

To request a return, contact us using the details in the footer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Certain items, such as those made to your specifications, may be exempt from cancellation rights.

Return Costs

Where a return is not the result of a product issue (for example, a fault, damage in transit, or an error on our part), the cost of returning the Products is at the buyer's expense. This includes returns made under your statutory cancellation rights where you have simply changed your mind.

Where a return is caused by a product issue or an error on our part, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. Please contact us before returning any item so we can advise on the appropriate method.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, scales, and specifications are accurate. However, diecast models are produced by third-party manufacturers and details such as markings, liveries, and release dates may change without notice.

Colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown on screen. Scale markings and model numbers are provided by the manufacturer.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is the property of Wings U Want Diecast or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of our website or Products shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
