How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders allow you to reserve forthcoming releases ahead of availability. A pre-order is a commitment to purchase and is accepted subject to the manufacturer confirming production and release dates.

A £1 deposit per pre-ordered item secures your reservation. When the model is released and dispatched, the remaining balance is due.

Release Dates

Expected release and delivery dates for pre-order products are estimates only. Release dates are controlled primarily by manufacturers and distributors and may be delayed, brought forward, or changed. A pre-order does not guarantee a particular manufacturer release date.

We make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant changes where appropriate.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may request cancellation of a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. Our standard £1 pre-order deposit secures your reservation and may be retained where permitted by law if you cancel.

However, nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under UK consumer law. Where the law requires the £1 deposit to be refunded, we will refund it. If we are unable to supply a pre-ordered product, any payment made for that product, including the deposit, will be refunded.
